For 20 years at Mastercard’s consulting, data and SaaS business, I led the teams that built revenue-generating infrastructure at global scale. I turned ambiguous vision into operating reality: productiding services, building sales enablement systems, driving market share growth, and creating the processes that made consistent revenue possible.

I spent my career making complex things work in organisations where getting anything done requires aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and regional teams, all with competing priorities.
WHAT I LEARNED
The difference between businesses that scale and those that plateau isn’t strategy. it’s execution. It’s having systems that work when you’re not in the room. It’s building infrastructure that makes revenue predictable instead of leaving it to chance.

I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can be deeply involved in the work, not delegating to junior consultants or disappearing after delivering slides.
