About coppergx
coppergx is a small, focused consulting practice that helps teams and leaders bring more clarity to their work and create momentum in how they grow. I support organisations of different sizes, from small businesses to teams inside larger companies, who want practical help shaping strategy, strengthening their GTM, or communicating with more confidence. The aim is simple: help you make better decisions, work more intentionally, and build progress that lasts.
I work with organisations that want a mix of strategic thinking and practical support. Some need help sharpening their value proposition or tidying their offer. Others want to strengthen their GTM activity, introduce more structure into their planning, or simplify the way they communicate with customers. The work is collaborative, grounded, and shaped around your goals and pace.
How I work
The work always starts with understanding what you are trying to achieve and what is getting in the way. Some projects move quickly and focus on one area. Others involve strengthening GTM activity, improving planning rhythms, or simplifying your offer. The aim is always to bring clarity and make progress easier to deliver.
Before any project begins, we have a light exploratory call to understand your goals and what a useful outcome would look like. From there, I outline a simple proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs so everything is clear from the start. This ensures we are aligned on what matters most and how we will work together.
About me
I have spent much of my career helping teams make sense of what they are trying to achieve and how to move forward with more confidence. My background covers strategy, product development, GTM, and customer insight. At Mastercard I worked within the services side of the business, leading teams that helped clients strengthen their offer, improve sales motions, and plan more effectively. Before that, I worked in business development at American Express on the partnerships side.
Across those roles I worked with clients in retail, travel, and retail banking, which gave me a wide view of how different organisations think about growth, customer value, and commercial performance. It also taught me the importance of clear communication and simple ways of working that people can actually use.
More recently I have supported small businesses, creative studios, social enterprises, and community organisations. I enjoy asking good questions, simplifying the messy parts, and helping people spot the opportunities that matter most. My goal is always to make progress feel clearer and easier to deliver, whatever size the organisation may be.
If we do not end up working together, we can always compare notes on films, books, or music. I keep a small collection of recommendations at gregharris.co.uk.
